Great reminder Sheri. Often times when I start feeling a little tired in the early afternoon (2-3pm) and crave caffeine, a big glass of of water will rejuvenate me instead. Drinking enough water is so important. Thanks for sharing!

ahhh i like it! i have a smart water bottle that i fill up all the time with just regular water. but i try to drink at least 3 of those every work day… let em see how many ounces… OH!!! 33.8!!! see, if i keep it up, ill be good!

Great post, Sheri! I do this as well. I like to check off and make sure I drink a minimum of 8 glasses a day. Drinking water is so good for us!
